Make Your Work With Desktop Instagram Easier With Creator Studio

Do you want to add a new post to Instagram from your PC? Or wish that you could schedule a photo to upload on a specific date? Here we will provide you with a little guide, which will make your life much easier.

Visit Creator Studio

Creator Studio is a very convenient tool, which will help you upload any content to Instagram through your desktop.

Then you will be logged into your connected Facebook accounts automatically and have to choose the Instagram icon at the top bar. You will see a blue Create Post button, which allows you to post to either Instagram Feed or IGTV.

1. Posting to Instagram Feed

Upon clicking the Create Post button, choose the Instagram Feed tool, a window will appear where you can pick the photos or videos you’d want to upload.

Add the caption, location, and hashtags to make your post more interesting. Don’t forget to not leave any spaces or emojis after the last characters. You can also mention a friend.

All of the photos have to be cut to a square, you will be allowed to shape the images in any way you want in the Edit Photo window. Videos have to be from 3 to 60 seconds in length and have 4:5 or 16:9 formats. Unfortunately, right now you cannot edit your videos.

Click the Publish button to post immediately, and your content will appear in the feed of your subscribers. Notice: there is a drop-down arrow next to the button, which offers you an option to schedule a post. Select the needed date and time and press Schedule. You will see your post in the Creator Studio Content Library.

2. Posting IGTV Videos

Here you will have to choose the IGTV option in your Create Post menu. From File Upload, you can find the videos on your computer, which you want to make into the post.

You can add your title and description and then go to the thumbnail option. You can pick one of the automatically generated by the program or click Upload Custom Image and select a specific picture.

After doing all the needed actions, you can either upload the IGTV at that same time or schedule it to a specific date, following the same steps described in the previous part of the article.

Conclusion

Creator Studio offers you a lot of useful tools, which will help you work with Instagram from your PC. Scheduling posts and IGTVs is a convenient feature for someone who has a lot of content but doesn’t want to upload it all at once. This app also doesn’t rely on any third-party API access.
